Accommodation

Groody Student Park is a great place to make friends and is suitable for all students. It comprises of 88 units including 44 three bedroomed apartments and 44 six bedroomed houses within a gated community. All bedrooms in the six bed duplex house have an ensuite bathroom and all bedrooms are equipped with double beds for single occupancy.

 

In each room, students will find an incredibly high standard of accommodation. The rooms are bright warm and are equipped with a desk and desk lamp for a suitable study environment and also lockers and wardrobes for ample storage space. ISDN internet lines are installed in every room for internet access.

 

There is a large open-plan kitchen/dining room and lounge area for students. The kitchen is fully furnished with washer/dryer, microwave and all the usual commodities. The apartments are also equipped with natural gas central heating for year round comfort.
