Groody Student Park is a newly developed purpose built student village. It houses 396 students in six bedroom town houses and three bedroom apartments. All bedrooms in the town houses are en-suite, and come complete with large study desk and adequate wardrobe space. The adjoining living room, dining room and kitchen are fully furnished and are fully equipped with all amenities.
